eWARD
eWARD assists in the management of care provided to hospital in-patients, including
electronic medicines management and automated production of Immediate Discharge
Documents and Nursing Transfer Documents. eWARD can be linked to SCI Store to obtain
patient demographics, and discharge documents can be sent electronically to GPs
via SCI Gateway.

Maternity assists in the management of care provided to maternity patients throughout
pregnancy and after birth, and automates the production of documentation associated
with that care. Maternity was developed in conjunction with NHS Forth Valley and
NHS Scotland. Maternity is Crown Copyright in Scotland and is available free*
to all NHS hospitals in Scotland.
* All NHS Hospitals in Scotland are entitled to a no-cost licence for Maternity.
Other costs associated with the implementation of Maternity may apply, e.g. costs
associated with training, deployment, technical support, and migration of legacy
data.

VisualWorks
VisualWorks assists in the management and analysis of community visual screening
programmes for children (pre-school and primary one), enabling scheduling of clinics,
automated production of invitation and result letters, tracking of children with suspected
visual defects and production of end-of-year statistics.

TheatreWorks
TheatreWorks assists in the management of operating theatre session lists and the
care of patients undergoing surgical procedures, including real time data capture,
recording of diagnoses, anaesthetic, production of key outputs such as operation
notes and theatre session logs, and monitoring and management of theatre utilisation.

NHS Scotland
AMCS Group is one of only ten approved suppliers under the Framework Agreement
for the Provision of Software Support and Development Services with NHS Scotland.
The current framework agreement runs from 2008 to 2012.
We were also an approved supplier under the Framework Partners for Information and
Statistics Division, General Practice Administration System for Scotland and Scottish
Care Information Programme, which ran from 2002 to 2007.
